Captain Chris Wittman
A Florida native, Captain Chris Wittman is a Coast Guard licensed Master Captain, born and raised in Southwest Florida. Chris grew up on Sanibel Island and has been fishing Pine Island Sound and the surrounding area nearly his entire life.
An avid outdoorsman, Chris enjoys surfing, scuba diving, hunting and camping, but fishing is his passion. Chris is a full time fishing guide specializing in sight fishing and fly fishing. He is co host of ESPN Radios' "Reel Talk" and has appeared multiple times on The Spanish Fly fishing show with Captain Jose Wejebe on ESPN2. Chris is also a staff writer and photographer for Onshore/Offshore magazine and has written numerous articles reflecting his experiences.
"Captain Witt" is a professional saltwater tournament angler. He has competed in some of the biggest and the best tournaments such as the SKA Kingfish Trail, The Flats Masters and both the Oh Boy Oberto Redfish Nation Series and Redfish Cup tournament events. He also competes in many regional and local events including the Caloosa Catch & Release, the Edison Big Snook, and the grueling 24 hour nonstop Dark Side of the Moon tournament.
Captain Tom Winrow
Captain Tom Winrow has been fly fishing and tying flies since the age of nine. A native Floridian growing up on a saltwater, mangrove lined creek, he was able to experience and track the tidal and seasonal patterns of the most sought after saltwater game fish.
Tom was drafted by the New York Yankees and played for the organization from 1999 to 2005. He now pursues his other passion of competitive fishing while in his senior year of college at the University of North Florida majoring in Business Marketing.
Tom is an avid tournament fisherman and has competed in numerous local charity events in addition to national professional events including the Oh Boy Oberto Redfish Cup, IFA Redfish Tour, Mercury Redbone tournaments to benefit Cystic Fibrosis and the Caloosa series out of SW Florida. Tom is also a fulltime fly-fishing guide and is a partner with Chris in Stillwater Charters, a state wide guide service.
